Frank's Observatory

The observatory is located in southern New Mexico. The dome is 12.6′ manufactured by Ash Dome. This property is owned by an amateur astronomer from Virginia and myself. My favorite Deep Space Objects are galaxies, shown here on this webpage. There is a building on the left of the dome that is a control room for operating the dome’s azimuth, dome’s shutters and the imaging equipment. Also this room is known as the warm room, keeping us warm in the cold winter night.
